These terms govern your use of the Dropsoon app for Shopify (“the Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business.
Dropsoon configures pre-orders on your Shopify store using Shopify’s native pre-order purchase options, provides the storefront blocks that display them, and manages the inventory settings a campaign needs. Features are described on dropsoon.shop and may evolve over time.
Shopify’s deferred purchase options require a supported payment provider and are not available on every channel (for example Shopify POS, draft orders, or B2B). These are limits of the Shopify platform, not of the Service.
We process data as described in the privacy policy. Dropsoon does not store shopper personal data, and all store data is deleted on uninstall.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app, which also deletes the data we hold for your store. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or abusive use, with notice where practicable.
The Service is operated by Pálinkás András E.V., Petőfi utca 6, 7668 Keszü, Hungary (tax ID: 55597096-1-22). Reach us at support@dropsoon.shop.
